Terms and Conditions: Promotional Discounts for Online Sales:<br><br>
Online promos are valid only for online orders.  Discount will be applied when promo code is entered at checkout and value of items is greater than the amount stipulated in the offer.  Offer valid only for in-stock items while supply lasts and not applicable to cancelled orders due to out-of-stock merchandise.  Orders must be confirmed by 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the expiration date to receive the discount.  Discount does not apply to taxes, shipping and handling charges, or other similar charges.  Discount not applicable with returned merchandise; total discount will be deducted from the value of any returned item to which the discount has been applied.  A promo discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers and is never valid on previous purchases.  Entire order must be shipped to a single address and customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise.  If stated in a promotional offer, some products or brands may be excluded.  Any illegal posting of Online Promotional offers from Timbuk Toys will result in immediate disaffiliation.  Promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
